Rick stared in shock as Deagen sauntered into the bar, his arm around Sandra like he owned her. It’d been twenty years since seen each other. Since Sandra left Rick at the altar.
She’d been in love with Deagen. Rick’s brother. They’d been together. She couldn’t go through with the wedding. When Rick had tried to stop Sandra from leaving, Deagen had punch him. Rick spent what should’ve been his wedding night in a hospital ER.
Rick strode over to Deagen. “Rick!” Sandra said in surprise. But Rick’s fist was already plowing into Deagen’s face. Cartilage crunched and Rick smiled.
