Prompt: The urge to interrupt him before he had finished was overwhelming.
“My father had to throw this ball. Against my wishes, I might add.”
The urge to interrupt him mid-sentence was overwhelming! Cinderella bit her tongue.
“Right now, I’m too busy hunting to bother with a wife. When I wish to wed, I’ll pick the prettiest girl in the crowd and make her my bride. Maybe I’ll pick you.” He winked.
And to think she’d actually sat at home and cried when her stepsisters ripped her first dress to shreds. She’d wasted a wish with her fairy godmother for this ball! What a waste.
Home by midnight? No challenge at all.

I love it! Awesome twist on Cinderella.
What a fun take on Cinderella. She has a lot of spunk.
Love the twist to Cinderella and the stuffy, shallow prince!
