Writing Update!
I’ve got news…
I finally finished the rough draft of Matched by Design!!! This is HUGE. I started this book over two years ago (I know!). Things kept getting in the way. Other projects I’d committed to. Surgery. Finishing the basement. Moving. You know–life. But now the rough draft is done! And I’m extremely hopeful that I’ll finally release this final book in the No Match for Love series sometime this spring!
Some books come out pretty much the way I publish them. The story just flows, and everything comes out the way I want it to, and when I finish edits are relatively easy and quick.
This is not that kind of book. 😂 It’s a hot mess right now. Remember that first chapter I shared with you a few months ago? Yeah, pretty sure it’s going to be pretty changed in the published version, haha.
But hey, Jasmine and Isaac’s romance didn’t come easy for them, so it makes sense that writing their story wouldn’t come easy, either.
I can’t wait for you to read it!
Reading Corner
My friend Lucinda Whitney has been telling me for years to read the Maledetti Brothers series by Nichole Van. The book has been sitting on my kindle for ages, and I finally decided to take her advice and start reading. I should’ve listened to her years ago! I’ve always had a thing for intense, passionate, once-in-a-lifetime love stories that span centuries. And this book definitely has all of that and more.

I’m nearly done reading the first book, and I keep finding excuses to pull out my phone and steal away for another couple of pages. I also keep having dreams about Italy at night, which I’m pretty sure isn’t a coincidence. 😏
