Is life back to normal yet?
I feel like I don’t even know what “normal” is anymore. We’ve been finishing the basement, then selling the house, then moving into our new house, then celebrating Christmas and Neil’s birthday and New Year’s, and my parents have been here visiting. It’s all been so good and so fun! But now the kids are back in school, and it’s a new year, and I need to get back to a work schedule. We had a FANTASTIC Christmas. We loved celebrating with my parents in our new home. The twins got a Nintendo Switch and have been in complete heaven!

My awesome mother also has been helping me decorate the house! I love my husband, but some things you just need a woman’s opinion for. 😉 I think we’re finally all done! (Or at least my pocket book is.) There are still a zillion and one projects I want to take on, but those will all have to happen slowly over the years. I’m really happy with how the house looks now, and feel like we’re finally “home” and “settled.”

Writing Update!
I started a new book during the break–one I’m going to give all of my newsletter subscribers for FREE!! It’ll be the start of a new small town romance series set on the Oregon coast, and I think you’re going to love it. Don’t worry–I’m still working on the last No Match for Love book, Matched by Design, too. Hopefully I’ll have both of these titles out in a few months! Hope you had a fabulous holiday season, and that 2020 is off to a fantastic start.
